L: Were you looking for something unique in your wedding stationery?
J: We are both Nigerian and we wanted stationery where we could reflect the information about our heritage.
L: How did you find us?
J: I was referred by my sorority sister from college. You guys did her invitations and she recommended checking you out.
L: Did you search out other vendors?
J: Yes. We found all of their templates to be too cookie cutter. They were not as customizable as we hoped.
L: What was important to you when looking for a vendor?
J: Efficiency. I was busy during the time of planning our wedding. Balancing my career with planning the event.
L: You ordered our Palace design in the Gatefold Format. What did you like about it?
J: I loved the design and the options. I had already determined that we wanted purple and aubergine as our colors and Love On Paper could make that happen.
This is the kind of thing that makes our hearts sing. Above all, thank you so much, Jen, for sharing your experience and we wish you and Ozi all the happiness in the world!

Creating a Modern Day Nigerian Wedding Invitation
Jen and her fiancé Ozi grew up in Nigeria and wanted their wedding invitations to be a modern and multi-cultural reflection of their beautiful rich culture and their family traditions! Their suite included important details like the full Nigerian names of their family respectfully honoring Ozis father, a Chief. The couple selected our Palace Gatefold invitation in stand out ultraviolet and gold. It was a combination of a bold rich color palette and traditional elements. This look pulled together with a style-savvy modern gatefold invitation and wrap created the elegant modern-day Nigerian wedding invitation that fit their needs perfectly!
We caught up with Jen recently to find out more about their experience creating an event that reflected their style, customs, and personality in the city of San Fransisco with invitations by yours truly!
